free maths tuition sessionMy one-to-one Maths tuition sessions are provided on Zoom and are available to primary, secondary and mature students re-doing their Maths in The Brushes. Each private Maths tutoring session in The Brushes is designed to each particular student, despite their age and ability. 1-2-1 Maths tuition delivers students my entire attention which gives a comfortable environment where students can engage in questions – something that numerous students may find hard to do in the schools of The Brushes!

My BSc Maths and Sport Science Degree, fused with my tuition experience in contrasting secondary schools, has provided me with a firm mathematical skillset. Content knowledge is one thing, but being able to tutor students of differing abilities in The Brushes is another. My understanding of the national curriculum is immense and this is exhibited in my students results. Being youthful and passionate about Maths allows me to establish positive working relationships with my students. This establishes an effective learning environment where my students across The Brushes can excel in Maths!

I am a strong believer that all students are capable of being skillful in Maths and I am driven to bring students across The Brushes the knowledge and determination to succeed.

However, when ideas are broken down and taught progressively, Mathematics can become straightforward to grasp. It is key that students digest why steps occur in solving problems to cement a solid understanding. I truly believe that anybody can become comfortable in Maths by:

  1. Mastering the important areas.
  2. Learning from errors.
  3. Practice!

When preparing for my GCSE’s, I too had a Maths tutor and this easily changed my view on Maths. My Maths tutor drove me to prosper in A-Level Maths and beyond. It is this concrete impact on students eductaction that drives me to lead my students to success!
