My 1-2-1 Maths tutoring lessons are perfomed on Zoom and are provided to primary, secondary and mature students re-doing their Maths in Brookhouses. One-to-One Maths tuition delivers students my undivided attention which contributes to a perfect environment where students can engage in questions – something that a great number of students may find hard to do in the classrooms of Brookhouses!
My BSc Maths and Sport Science Degree, coupled with my tutoring experience in several secondary schools, has given me a great mathematical skillset. Content knowledge is one thing, but being able to explain clealy to students of different abilities in Brookhouses is another. My understanding of the national curriculum is solid and this is shown in my students academic success. Being youthful and passionate about Maths allows me to create positive working relationships with my students. When revising for my GCSE’s, I likewise had a Maths tutor and this truly changed my thoughts on Maths. My Maths tutor pushed me to flourish in A-Level Maths and beyond. It is this specific impact on students achievements that motivates me to take my students to success!
