Tyrell has been amazing from her first session shes been able to understand what Tyrell is explaining and her confidence has grown in just a couple of sessions. ... read more I engaged Matter of Maths for my daughter who is in Year 11. She felt there was a gap in her knowledge that needed to be addressed before her Mock exams. Tyrell has been amazing. We provided a list of topics we wanted to cover and they have been steadily working through it. The tuition is done via google meet, Tyrell has his camera on ( my daughter prefers not to) and everything is completed on an interactive whiteboard. Worksheets are provided to reaffirm what has been taught during the lesson. Tyrell goes above and beyond and doesn't ever make my daughter feel silly when she doesn't fully understand something. Tyrell just patiently goes over it again. We are beyond happy with the service and would highly recommend him.

My private Maths tuition sessions are provided on Zoom and are provided to primary, secondary and mature students re-doing their Maths in Orton Brimbles. Each one-to-one Maths tutoring lesson in Orton Brimbles is made to each particular student, despite their age and ability. One-to-One Maths tuition delivers students my undivided attention which allows a positive environment where students can engage in questions – something that various students may find hard to do in the classrooms of Orton Brimbles!
My BSc Maths and Sport Science Degree, coupled with my tutor experience in several secondary schools, has given me a substantial mathematical skillset. Maths knowledge is one thing, but being able to teach students of varying abilities in Orton Brimbles is another. My knowledge of the national curriculum is substantial and this is visible in my students results. Being youthful and driven about Mathematics allows me to build positive working relationships with my students. This establishes a positive learning environment where my students across Orton Brimbles can excel in Maths!
I am a great believer that all students are capable of excelling in Mathematics and I am motivated to bring students across Orton Brimbles the power and energy to succeed.
