My one-to-one Maths tutoring sessions are delivered on Zoom and are obtainable for primary, secondary and mature students retaking their Mathematics in The Colony. Every single 1-2-1 Maths tuition lesson in The Colony is catered to each individual student, nevertheless their age and ability. One-to-One Maths tutoring provides students my full attention which provides a encouraging environment where students can solve questions – something that plenty of students may find hard to do in the classrooms of The Colony!
My BSc Maths and Sport Science Degree, fused with my tutor experience in different secondary schools, has given me a substantial mathematical skillset. Maths knowledge is one thing, but being able to tutor students of different abilities in The Colony is another. My understanding of the national curriculum is great and this is clear in my students progress. Being youthful and enthusiastic about Maths allows me to build positive working relationships with my students. This builds a dynamic learning environment where my students across The Colony can succeed in Mathematics!
I am a real believer that every student is capable of being talented in Mathematics and I am driven to provide students across The Colony the education and energy to succeed.

It is important that students learn why steps emerge in solving problems to cement a solid understanding. I honestly think that everyone can become comfortable in Mathematics by:

- Acknowledging errors.
- Practice!
When revising for my GCSE’s, I too had a Maths tutor and this definitely changed my attitude on Maths. My Maths tutor led me to succeed in A-Level Mathematics and beyond. It is this lasting impact on students eductaction that inspires me to navigate my students to success!
