My one-to-one Maths tutor sessions are delivered on Zoom and are provided to primary, secondary and mature students retaking their Maths in Tregurrian. Each one-to-one Maths tuition lesson in Tregurrian is custom made to each particular student, no matter their age and ability. 1-2-1 Maths tutoring gives students my full attention which gives a encouraging environment where students can solve questions – something that various students may find tough to do in the classess of Tregurrian!
My BSc Maths and Sport Science Degree, fused with my tutoring experience in contrasting secondary schools, has given me a great mathematical skillset. Content knowledge is one thing, but being able to educate students of many abilities in Tregurrian is another. My understanding of the national curriculum is substantial and this is evident in my students achievements. Being youthful and passionate about Maths allows me to start positive working relationships with my students. This shapes a positive learning environment where my students across Tregurrian can prosper in Mathematics!

When preparing for my GCSE’s, I also had a Maths tutor and this completely changed my view on Mathematics. My Maths tutor drove me to flourish in A-Level Mathematics and beyond. It is this lasting impact on students learning that drives me to navigate my students to success!
